Whether it is a billing question, a wrong answer, a privacy request or a formal grievance, this page tells you exactly where to send it and how long we will take.
1. General support
For anything about your account, a payment, a wrong answer, or a bug, email us and a person will read it.
Email: support@padhify.com
Phone: 1800-200-9898, Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM IST

Found a wrong answer or a broken question? The fastest route is the Report issue button on the question itself, which tells us exactly which one you mean.

Things you can do yourself, immediately, without contacting us:
- Download a copy of your data from Settings, under Your data.
- Delete your account and all its data from Settings.
- Manage or erase what Pady remembers about you in Settings, under Privacy & AI.
What we hold and for how long is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Users outside India may also have rights under their local privacy law. EEA users may complain to the supervisory authority where they live or work, and UK users may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
