Copyright & Takedown Policy

Padhify reproduces previous-year questions from public examinations so students can practise them by subject and chapter. We do not claim ownership of those questions. They belong to the bodies that set them, including UPSC, SSC, CBSE and the Ministry of Defence, and are reproduced here for private study, teaching and research.

What we do claim is our own work around them: chapter classification and tagging, our explanations and solutions, AI-generated practice questions, analytics, and the platform itself.

Padhify is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any examination body or government authority. Exam names and logos are the trademarks of their owners and are used only to describe the exams we help students prepare for.

If you are an examination body or rights holder and want material removed, tell us and we will act. The procedure is set out below.

If you own the rights to something on Padhify and believe it is being used without permission, send a notice to support@padhify.com with "Copyright notice" in the subject line.

Please include:

1. your name, postal address, email and phone number;
2. identification of the work you say is infringed;
3. the exact URL or a precise description of where it appears on Padhify;
4. a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the rights holder or the law;
5. a statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them; and
6. your signature (electronic is fine).

Incomplete notices slow things down. If we cannot identify the content, we cannot remove it.

• We acknowledge your notice within 24 hours.
• We review it and, where it is valid, remove or disable access to the content, normally within 36 hours and in any case within 15 days.
• Where the content was uploaded by a user, we tell them what was removed and why.
• We keep a record of notices and what we did about them.

If we removed something you uploaded and you believe that was wrong, because you own it, have a licence, or the use is permitted by law, email support@padhify.com with what was removed, why you are entitled to use it, and your contact details.

We will review it and restore the content if the original complaint does not stand up.

Accounts that repeatedly upload infringing material will be suspended or terminated under our Terms of Service.
