Referral Program Terms

  1. You and your friend each receive 200 bonus AI credits when they sign up using your referral link and start using Padhify.
  2. Rewards are capped at 20 rewarded referrals per account. Referrals beyond that are still welcome, but they do not earn further credits.
  3. Credits are awarded once we are satisfied the sign-up is genuine. We may withhold or reverse rewards where we detect abuse, and we do not publish the checks we use.
  4. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, and fraudulent sign-ups earn no credits and may result in suspension of the accounts involved.
  5. Credits are non-transferable, hold no cash value, and cannot be exchanged, refunded, or transferred between accounts.
  6. Referral credits are a promotional benefit, not a purchased service. They may expire with your account and are not covered by any refund.
  7. Padhify may modify, suspend, or discontinue the referral program at any time. Credits already awarded to your account are not withdrawn when the program changes, except where they were obtained in breach of these terms.
  8. These terms sit alongside the Padhify Terms of Service and Privacy Policy; where they conflict on a referral matter, these terms apply.
